Underwater Treasure

Beneath the waves, a shimmering blue, Where sunlight dances, peeking through, Lie ruins old, in coral dress, An underwater wilderness!
A Diver bold, with eyes so keen, In rubber suit, a sight unseen, He bubbles down, with tank and light, To find what sleeps in ocean night.
Exploring deep, where fishes gleam, He swims among a sunken dream. Past pillars grand, now overgrown, With seaweed fronds, a watery throne.
He spies a chest, with barnacles tight, A glint of gold, a wondrous sight! He strains and heaves, with all his might, And opens it wide, in pale moonlight (reflected below, of course!).
Gold doubloons gleam, a pirate's stash, Enough to buy a castle's dash! He fills his sack, with treasure bright, A shimmering haul in fading light.
But bubbles low, he must ascend, His underwater journey nears its end. He waves goodbye to coral walls, And swims up fast, before he stalls.
He bursts to top, a happy shout, The treasure safe, there is no doubt! He came back safe, with stories grand, The richest Diver in the land!
