The city's alive, with a bubbly sound, As mer-children chase, all around and around. Fish with bright stripes, a colorful spree, Swim through the windows, for all eyes to see!
Merpeople share all, with a joyful heart, Pearls and treasures, a brand-new fresh start. Food from the kelp beds, so tasty and sweet, They laugh and they dance, with their tiny bare feet!
A grumpy old shark, with a frown on his face, Tried to snatch all the shells, in this magical place. But the merpeople joined hands, a strong, shimmery chain, And tickled his belly, again and again!
The shark, he then chuckled, his frown disappeared, "Maybe sharing is better," he cheerfully cheered! He joined in the fun, with a splash and a gleam, Part of the city, a beautiful dream!
