In the deep blue ocean, so bubbly and bright, Lived Octavia, an octopus, bored with all her might. Her eight arms were twitching, she needed some fun, "A prank is the answer!" she thought, "for everyone!"
Down by a coral reef, all spiky and grand, Lived a grumpy old crab with a shell full of sand. He grumbled and groaned, he snapped with his claws, "Just leave me alone!" was his usual cause.
Octavia zoomed down, a mischievous grin, "A little surprise for the crab living within!" She found some seaweed, all twisty and green, And tied up his feet, a prank yet unseen!
But oh dear! Oh my! A sticky surprise! The seaweed got tangled, before their very eyes! The crab's grumpy claws and Octavia's soft limb, Were stuck tight together! The ocean went dim!
He wiggled and waggled, she pulled with a squeeze, But the seaweed was stubborn, refusing to appease! The crab started sputtering, "This isn't so funny!" But then Octavia giggled, her tummy felt sunny.
Her giggle was catching, a bubbly, bright sound, The grumpy crab chuckled, looking all around. He'd never laughed before, not a single "hee hee!" But Octavia's laughter was wild and so free!
With a final great tug and a slippery slide, The seaweed unwound, with the turning of tide. Octavia and the crab, no longer so cross, Learned laughter and friendship, a wonderful loss Of grumbling and boredom, in the deep ocean blue, All thanks to a prank, and a sticky seaweed goo!
