Flippy the Fish's Funny Day 4
In a bubbly kelp forest, green and grand, Where seaweed danced with the ocean sand, Lived Flippy, a fish with a silly grin, And Shelly the Snail, tucked snugly within.
Flippy woke up with a wiggle and shake, Ready for fun, for goodness sake! He zoomed past coral, a flash of bright hue, "Today," he declared, "I'll try something new!"
He spotted Shelly, inching along, Her spiral shell singing a slow, sleepy song. An idea sparked, a mischievous gleam, "I'll wear Shelly's shell! It's a fishy dream!"
He nudged and he pushed with a playful fin, Trying to balance the shell on his chin. It wobbled and swayed, then tumbled and rolled, Sending Shelly tumbling, stories untold!
She landed ker-plunk in a patch of sea grass, Flippy felt awful, what a clumsy lass! But Shelly emerged, with a twinkle and stare, "You tried to wear my house! That's beyond compare!"
Flippy blushed red, like a coral so bright, "I just wanted to be silly, and give you a fright!" Shelly giggled, a bubbly sound, "You're the funniest fish in the ocean around!"
They both burst out laughing, a watery spree, Flippy and Shelly, as happy as could be. For even a shell-wearing stunt gone astray, Made them the best of friends, from that very day!
