In a playroom bright, where sunshine streams, Toys scattered wide, like childhood dreams. Crayons and blocks, a teddy bear's hug, A train on the track, a cozy rug.
Lily and Tom, with eyes so bright, And Mom nearby, a guiding light. Lily had toys, a princess's crown, But sharing, alas, brought a frown!
"Mine, all mine!" she would often declare, Tom looked sad, with a disappointed stare. Mom sighed softly, "Sharing's a treat, Making friends happy, oh so sweet!"
Then Teddy Bear spoke, in a voice soft and low, "A friend in need, Lily, you should know. A smile from Tom is better than gold, Friendship's a story to forever be told."
The toy train chimed in, "Choo, choo, it's true! Sharing our tracks is fun for me and you!" Even the building blocks joined the plea, "Together we're stronger, you'll surely agree!"
Lily considered, her frown turned to thought, Maybe, just maybe, sharing wasn't so fraught. She handed Tom a block, shiny and new, "Let's build a tall tower, for me and for you!"
Tom's face lit up, a radiant smile, They built and they laughed for a good little while. The playroom echoed with joy and delight, Sharing had made everything happy and bright.
From that day forward, the lesson was learned, Kindness and sharing, a treasure they earned. In the playroom so bright, they played as a team, Respecting each other, living the dream!
