In an old, creaky house, dusty and grand, Lived a ghost named Boo, quite misunderstood, planned A game, not to scare, but to giggle and gleam, “Wanted someone to play with,” was his playful dream.
Three children, bold Lily, Tom, and small May, Found the house open wide, so they popped in to play. The furniture shivered, the chairs gave a creak, As Boo floated down, with a friendly cheek.
"Let's play hide-and-seek!" Boo chirped with a squeal, Floating through walls, his joy was quite real. Lily giggled, Tom laughed, May clapped with glee, As they ran round the house, wild and free.
The chairs joined the fun, legs tap-dancing bright, The tables spun dizzy, a silly, weird sight. Boo hid in a clock, then popped out with a BOO! The children all jumped, then laughed, "We see you!"
They floated with Boo, right up to the roof, Tried on ghostly sheets, for ultimate proof, That ghosts weren't scary, just lonely and bored, And playtime with children, was richly rewarded.
So Boo, the friendly ghost, no longer felt blue, With Lily and Tom, and darling May, too! The house, once so creaky, now echoed with fun, Made new friends, happy ghost, his lonely days done!
