Blast off done, adventures spun, Back to Earth, the journey's run!
On launchpad bright, in morning light, The shuttle waits, a silver kite. Smoke billows, a mighty roar, Ready to fly, and explore!
Brave Astronauts, with eyes so keen, Prepare to land, a thrilling scene. Captain Clara, and Pilot Pete, Their mission grand, can't be beat!
From starry void, they start to fall, A fiery streak, answering duty's call. The heat shield glows, a blazing might, A shooting star, in the dark of night.
Lower and lower, the shuttle glides, Through cloudy skies, where freedom resides. The landing strip, now in their view, A perfect touchdown, strong and true!
Wheels touch down, with a gentle bump, A parachute blooms, a colourful plump. The shuttle slows, its journey done, A mighty cheer, for everyone!
The hatch swings wide, a brand new day, Astronauts wave, then start to play. No more space dust, or zero G, Safe and sound, home again, you see!
