Falling, swirling, down they go, In the forest, soft and slow. Autumn's Gift, a leafy flight, Dancing in the golden light.
Red and gold, and brown so deep, Little leaf friends start to sleep. Whispering secrets to the breeze, Rustling gently through the trees.
Mr. Oak, with arms so wide, Lets his children gently glide. Mrs. Maple, scarlet bright, Sends her darlings through the night.
They tumble down on mossy beds, Making blankets overheads. Badger snoozes, snug and warm, Sheltered from the coming storm.
Squirrels collect them, one by one, Padding softly, work is done. Building nests so soft and deep, Where winter secrets they will keep.
Crispy crunch beneath your feet, Autumn smells so warm and sweet. A cozy season, through and through, Beautiful season, me and you!
