In Deseret's sands, sun blazing bright, Where ancient pyramids kiss the light, Explorers bold, with maps unfurled, Sought secrets sleeping in the world.
Searching, they came, a fearless band, For legends whispered across the land, Of pharaoh's gold and rooms unseen, Behind the stones, a treasure queen!
Climbing they went, up dusty stairs, Ignoring hisses and desert glares, Past hieroglyphs of birds and bees, And stories carried on the breeze.
Higher and higher, the sun beat down, Their thirst grew fierce, their faces brown, But onward they pushed, with spirits strong, Where shadows danced, and secrets throng.
At the pyramid's peak, a hidden door, Unlatched by whispers from days of yore! Inside, a chamber, dim and grand, A treasure chest held in its hand!
Not gold or jewels, as legends claimed, But scrolls of knowledge, brightly flamed With wisdom's fire, for all to see, The greatest treasure, wild and free!
