On golden sands, so warm and bright, Where ocean waves danced in the light, A castle grand, they did begin, With friends so dear, and joyful grin.
Lily and Tom, and Maya too, With buckets red and shovels blue, Dug deep and wide, a moat so grand, Upon the sunny, seaside sand.
Seashells sparkling, like tiny stars, Decorated towers behind the bars (Of seaweed gates!), a royal sight, Built by friends with all their might.
Then tummy rumbles, a hungry sound, "Let's share our treats, all around!" Apples crisp and cookies sweet, A picnic feast, oh what a treat!
They laughed and talked, beneath the sun, Their sandcastle day, almost done. The tide crept close, with foamy hand, To gently kiss their sandy land.
The castle crumbled, bit by bit, No tears were shed, not one little bit! For friendship's stronger, that's the key, And a day of sharing, happy and free!
With sandy toes and hearts so full, They waved goodbye, a joyful pull, Knowing that tomorrow, they'd return, For more adventures, lessons to learn. A perfect day, from start to end, With beach, and friends, their trusty blend!
