The Deep Dark Cave
Searching for gold, a glint so bright, Our Explorer, brave, with all his might! At the mouth of a cave, so dark and deep, Where shadows danced and secrets sleep. Jagged teeth of rock, a hungry maw, Swallowing sunlight, defying all law.
Explorer crept in, with flashlight in hand, A beam of hope in this mysterious land. "Hello!" he called, his voice a thread, Then *WHOOSH!* a Bat flew overhead! "Eeeek!" it squeaked, a furry blur, Spinning and swooping, creating a stir!
"Hello!" he called, again so bold, And *ECHO* replied, a story to be told! "Hello...hello...hello..." the cave did boom, Chasing away all the gathering gloom. He walked on further, flashlight held high, Past dripping stones where strange things lie.
He climbed over rocks, and under low bends, Adventures abound, that never end. The air grew cooler, the silence profound, Then a sparkle he saw, on the cave floor ground!
Not gold, as he wished, with greedy eyes, But crystals shimmering, a wondrous prize! Amethyst, quartz, and gems of all hues, Sparkling and gleaming, banishing blues. He gasped in wonder, no longer forlorn, The Deep Dark Cave, a treasure was born!
