Upon the Arctic Snow, so white and grand, A frosty, shimmery, magical land. Where winds whisper secrets, crisp and so cold, A tale of a polar bear, brave and bold.
Patient Polar Bear, with fur like the snow, Sat still as a statue, watching below. A tiny seal hole, a watery peep, Hoping for dinner, secrets to keep.
Snowflakes were dancing, a feathery flight, Making the Arctic a dazzling white sight. He waited and watched with unwavering stare, For a slippery seal to pop up in the air.
Suddenly, splash! Not a seal sleek and round, But a fish, silver bright, without a sound! It flipped from the water, a glittering prize, A gift from the ocean, a twinkle in its eyes.
The Polar Bear chuckled, a rumbling sound, "A fish is quite lovely, on Arctic ground!" He gobbled it quickly, a yummy fish treat, A satisfied sigh, oh so complete.
The Arctic wind howled, a happy refrain, The Polar Bear smiled, again and again. A fish wasn’t a seal, that much was quite true, But a tasty winter snack, saw him right through!
