Upon a misty mountain peak, so high, Where swirling clouds kissed the sky, Lived a dragon, grand and green, Whose scales had lost their vibrant sheen.
Once, they shimmered, fire bright, Now, they were dull, devoid of light! Oh, woe is me! The dragon sighed, "My sparkle's gone, where does it hide?"
A tiny fairy, wings a-flutter, Heard his woes in a magical mutter. "I'll help you, Dragon," she declared, "Your sparkle lost must be repaired!"
With giggling gnomes, they started their quest, Through thorny thickets, put to the test. They searched for magic dust so rare, To banish shadows, fill the air.
They climbed through caves, so dark and deep, Where grumpy bats were fast asleep. They braved the wind, the sleet, the hail, Their tiny hearts, they would not fail!
At last, within a crystal cave, Where echoes danced, the magic waved! Not in a jar, nor on a shelf, But deep inside, within himself!
The fairy smiled, "Dear Dragon, see? The magic sparkle lives in thee! Believe in wonder, brave and true, Let kindness shine, it starts with you!"
The dragon breathed a fiery sigh, A happy tear welled in his eye. His scales ignited, green and gold, A sparkle returned, bright and bold!
He roared with joy, the mountain shook, His lost sparkle, he now mistook For a lesson learned, a treasure found, True magic lives all around!
